- Our solicitors will assess whether we are in a position to offer assistance to you. If we believe we can help you, we will invite you to come in for a meeting. All information given will be held confidential.
- In most matters it will be possible to give an estimate of fees over the phone for your consideration.
- At that stage, if you wish to proceed, you will be invited to attend for a consultation with a solicitor. At that meeting, a solicitor will take detailed instructions and draw up a plan of action for dealing with your case and prepare a budget for legal fees and outlays.
- We will write to you with confirmation of the instructions, plan of action and budget.
- You will be kept advised on the progress of your case by your solicitor in accordance with our client care terms.
- We will process your matter to completion in accordance with your instructions.
